Privacy policy
Last updated on 8 October 2026.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no ad pixels. The only thing it collects is what you type into the quote form.
What we collect
When you send the form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one), project type, budget range, timeline and message. We do not ask for ID numbers, a phone number or an address.
Your language choice (English or Portuguese) is kept in your own browser, in localStorage, and is never sent to us.
What we use it for
Only to answer your request and, if the project goes ahead, to talk about it. We do not sell this data, pass it on to other companies or send you marketing.
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, art. 7, V), the legal basis is acting on your request before a possible contract.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after you send it. After that the message is deleted from our mailbox.
Who else is involved
Three companies handle this data on our behalf, each only for its own part of the job:
- Cloudflare hosts the site (Cloudflare Pages), runs the code that receives the form and forwards email sent to
contato@brazzastudio.com. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form by looking at technical information from your browser. Cloudflare's policy. - Brevo delivers the form message to our mailbox. Brevo's policy.
- Google stores the mailbox (Gmail) where the message ends up. Google's policy.
These services may process the data outside Brazil, under the safeguards described in their own policies.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) you can ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it and find out who it was shared with. Write to contato@brazzastudio.com and we will answer within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Who is responsible
Brazza Studio, reachable at contato@brazzastudio.com.
